Home Team Banquets

FCA Home Team Banquets are annual dinners designed to showcase the events, ministries and programs of the Southern Illinois FCA. The banquets feature nationally-known speakers as well as area student-athletes and coaches.

Our annual Home Team Banquet is held each spring in Carbondale. The event is by-invitation only, with area civic and church leaders serving as table hosts. To volunteer to serve as a table host or to ensure that you receive an invitation, please contact the FCA office by telephone at 618-559-2735 or by email to rlipe@fca.org.

At each banquet, guests have the opportunity to pledge financial support to the Southern Illinois Fellowship of Christian Athletes, with those individuals pledging $25 per month or more being recognized as Home Team members.

Banquets have a rich tradition...

The SIFCA Home Team Banquets began in 1993, and have since become a highlight of the organization's year. Annual, FCA brings to Southern Illinois prominent individuals to share their experiences, insight and inspiration with banquet guests.

2011 Home Team Banquet Planning is underway

Planning is underway for the 2011 FCA Home Team Banquet to be held in Carbondale in the spring.

The event will feature a nationally-recognized presenter as well as local celebrities, coaches and student athletes.
